  I'm just never coming back here. Simple I got to the appointment I planned my whole day around, because there are so few available ones, only to be informed that they "tried to reach me but our hot water heater broke so we can't give dogs a bath." I told them the lady behind the desk at the grooming department that I checked and received no missed calls. Only then did she admit, "well the call cut out." I asked if they could at least shave my dog and it was a no because it's against their policy to do that if the dog doesn't receive a bath.

  Petco in Ramsey, NJ is amazing! The store is very large, very attractive, and accommodating in most anything you may want to purchase. I bought a lovely turquoise parakeet that has adapted so quickly to her surroundings here with my older parakeet.

  We bought an expensive saltwater fish from them last month. After waiting like 30 minutes for someone to actually come help us, we noticed that the tank lights were all off, but the man working in the fish department assured us that there was nothing wrong with the fish. We had a coupon that was expired by one day which they would not honor, which is whatever. The fish then winds up having ich, and now our entire tank is dead because of an ignorant statement that was clearly false. Don't get your fish here unless you want all of your other fish that you've carefully bought and spent tons of money on to die out entirely over the course of a month. I will never be coming back here.

  I have been taking my dog Sugar to Petco for almost eight years.. So happy with the services done there, but extremely happy with the manager Stephanie has groomed my sugar for as long as I've been bringing him there. She's the sweetest, extremely professional , customer friendly satisfaction. Always. I trust her with my dog. She's just an angel of God!!! I strongly recommend her.She is the top groomer there.Thank you Stephanie for all the love care and support you show my dog and I.....Petco.Never let that girl go.
