Dr Ben is very caring and knowledgeable the nurses are great and the front staff are caring and helpful, prices are reasonable compared to others , thank you for getting us thru a hard time my Baby Bobo will forever be missed!

My dog Tia was supposed to come in for a surgery today, and in the morning we specifically clarified with the doctors the exact procedure we’d like done once we dropped her off. Once we picked her up, the doctors performed a completely different procedure on her, and called my mom a liar once she told them the procedure that was supposed to occur, bringing her to tears. It’s important to note that she had evidence of her confirmation with the doctor from the morning and the still didn’t believe her. I’m disgusted by today’s events. They reduced the charge of the procedure, but it hardly makes up for the way they treated my mother today. Also wanted to note that she never received an apology.

The front desk ladies are very nice as well, their concern with your animal is their priority. The monthly plans they have are reasonable price, depending on the plan you choose it can give you free dentaI cleanings to unlimited visits! ’m happy I found this place, and will continue care for my cat Leo here!

They just cancelled my cat’s appointment last minute because “something came up” even though he just took his medicine for the vet. if i could give it a negative star i would.
- JPJames PageJan 27, 20265.0I have been using this location over 15 yrs and the staff/vets have always been very accommodating, professional, and courteous. Dr Corey Z is simply the best. He addresses all concerns and quickly identifies your options where needed without pressuring you to overspend when other options may be available. The front desk is courteous and helpful when you have questions. Is the location 'perfect'? No location is perfect, but this group actually comes pretty darn close compared to other places I have gone over the years including private practices.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
