I took my puppy for his rabbies shot and it was so quick. No waiting. The techs were wonderful and it was so much cheaper and a much better experience than a vet visit.

This is my 3rd year coming for vaccines for my two cats and I was incredibly disappointed. The check-in was fine. The Veterinarian was on a phone call during the entire appointment and actively having a conversation with someone in his ear. My first cat was vaccinated while remaining in her carrier, which is fine for her comfort. However all 3 vaccines were given on the right side of her abdomen and when she started to squirm they pinned her down with cat gloves. My second cat had to be removed from her carrier and again all vaccines were given in one spot on the right side of her abdomen. I have a degree in animal science and used to be a vet assistant for 3 years at a low cost vaccine clinic and have never seen as little effort by the medical team to vaccinate in the appropriate locations on the animal. My second cat began vomiting 10+ times 5 minutes after the appointment. She has never had a vaccine reaction before. I called Petco and was told the form I was handed should have a list of emergency vets in the area to go to. I received no form other than the payment slip. I ended up spending more at the emergency vet to treat my cat than for the vaccines for both of them. Low cost vaccines sure, but low quality service as well. I will not be returning or recommending to anyone. In the past, the veterinarian had been more attentive but this was not the case for this visit.
