I specifically asked the groomers not to cut his hair short, but they did so anyway without calling to inform me of any complications or reasons they couldn’t follow my request. His haircut was uneven, and he’s been very itchy since the visit. I also asked for hypoallergenic products to be used, but I’m not sure if that request was followed. Overall, I’m very disappointed with the experience and lack of communication.

I ignored it, as I didn’t want to make a big deal if there was only one, and then found more two days later. I called with this finding, and got countered with an unfriendly, unhelpful response. My dog didn’t have fleas before, and hadn’t been in contact with any other dogs or animals between the time I picked her up and dropped her off. I explained this on the phone, and got told they followed their cleaning protocols, though provided no evidence or support. I paid a good amount of money for the service ($120 for a facial trim, bath, and nail clipping plus tip). I was given no offer for a treatment or refund, and am very disappointed in the customer service I received.

I was worried she may have some trouble since her separation anxiety keeps her rather glued to me and doesn’t like me being far from her but she was good, the staff kept her calm and treated her well. Definitely recommend!
