  I had a great experience at Petco! The store was clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with everything I needed for my pet. The staff were incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable！they took the time to answer all my questions and gave helpful recommendations without being pushy. Checkout was quick and smooth, and you can really tell they care about both the animals and their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location to other pet parents!

  Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced at Petco. I purchased two fish from this location. One died shortly after I brought it home. When I returned to the store for a replacement, I was informed that the entire batch of fish had issues and had been quarantined. That means they were aware there was a problem. I was issued a refund, which I appreciated at the time. However, the very next day, the second fish also died. When I went back to explain the situation, the older man at the counter would not even listen to what I was saying. He kept interrupting, refused to acknowledge that there may have been a bad batch, and showed zero empathy or accountability. It felt dismissive and unprofessional. If you know there’s a problem with a batch of fish, customers should not be left dealing with the consequences. Livestock care and customer service should be top priorities, but that clearly wasn’t the case here. Terrible experience from start to finish. With service like this, it’s no surprise stores are struggling. I won’t be coming back.

  Found everything I needed and was assisted by a very nice young lady who helped me load up my car with my large purchases. PS my new kittens love their kitty condo.

  i had an unpleasant experience with who ever the vet team were that day. October 29th. They ripped my dog from me. Which was very different from our usual vetco visits at the Edison location, as they allow us in the room with our pets. They immediately tried to put a muzzle on her, they also tried to pin her down??? For context my dog isa pit mix weighs about 60 lbs and the vet had a sling on her arm and two assistants¿ i guess? I was then told that she would not be able to administer the vaccines my dog needed…cool. i then had to wait for another off day to schedule an appointment and was told when i got to the desk that my dog had been blacklisted from vetco clinics… another wasted day🙂 anywho my humongous demonic toddler eating pitbull below
