Went there with my dog after a long walk and had to pee only to find out they are employee only restrooms now. I guess the millennials are too good to clean a restroom so they just closed them to the public. Im done with petco. Going to tractor supply and chewy.com for my supplies now. Customer service doesn't exist anymore
- AGAmelia GreenDec 4, 20251.0After waiting almost 3.5 hours for my dog to get groomed walked in there to see what was the hold up only to be told I needed to wait another 20 minutes. That would have made close to 4 HOURS for my small to medium size dog to get groomed walked. I have been coming to get my dog groomed that this location for about a year now. Every month the wait gets LONGER and LONGER. When asked to speak to a manager (young, rude, and really didn’t care) asked me why I was upset for when it’s the holiday season and it takes longer. 4 HOURS?!?!?! My dog had to sit in a crate for that long of a time. Not happy and will NEVER take my dog back there again. Dogs are just on as assembly line no love or care goes into that place. Finding a mom and pop shop close you me. I rather pay double what they are charging, but for my dog to be not coped up for so long.
