  I was looking for an item that was listed in stock and not in the store when I arrived. It was difficult to find help to ask. Im sure they are good employees and help when they can. I recommend going there, but double check what you see on line against the stostock.

  I had a horrific vaccination experience inside of the store today, but when I called Roberto, the manager to discuss it with him since the employee followed me out of the store to harass me he couldn’t care less and hung up on me so here’s to you, Roberto. I hope you have the weekend you deserve!

  You can tell when someone doesn’t do their job with care even before you finish asking a question. Responding to the simplest requests with sarcasm, interrupting before you can complete a sentence, and listing dozens of reasons why something can’t be done—without making the slightest effort to actually help—says a lot. Finding endless ways to avoid solving a problem while showing zero initiative to fix it is disappointing in any profession, but especially in a field that requires empathy and responsibility like veterinary care. What surprised me the most was being reminded—once again—how closed-off feedback and basic criticism can be here. This “defensiveness disguised as confidence” creates a wall that makes even simple communication or polite requests feel impossible. Meaningful dialogue simply doesn’t happen. I genuinely hope this feedback is taken as an opportunity to reflect, because better communication and a more respectful attitude would make a significant difference for clients and their pets.

  If I could rate them zero stars I would, I brought my kitten to get him some vaccines, the day I got my appointment a very heavy snow storm occurred and I wasn’t expecting it, it took me 40 minutes to get there and I came 5 minutes late and the Petco/Vetco staff were very rude and empathetic, they also told us to reschedule for next week which was absurd, other costumers arrived after us and they were on time for their respective appointments, and the Vetco staff still didn’t help them. Do not come here!
