My larger baby (Great Pyrenees) had double ACL surgery so getting her in and out of the car is no small feat; she weighs 130lbs. I gave myself enough/extra time but Ofcourse I-80 traffic is forever unpredictable and built up while on the road. In any event I got there at 3:58. They were still seeing another dog. "We can't see you. You're 3 mins late." You watch a hobbling gentle giant and refuse a vaccination visit (which was btw a follow up and would not have been a 'full appointment time') and refuse to for 3 mins late!! I wish I could really write what I'm thinking! It's disgusting to me!!! This is healthcare? NEVER COMING BACK HERE. That doctor DOES NOT care about animals.
