- JYJennifer YungJun 23, 20251.0If there was an option to give a 0 star, I would. My dog had an appointment today at 12:35PM. Unfortunately, he couldn't be vaccinated because on his chart records it stated that he had an allergic reaction. They changed our appointment to "Missed" appointment when we arrived promptly to the appointment. We called the VETCO hospital at Morganville and we were told it was input in his chart accidentally and was removed. The lady at the Morganville area told us to call the VETCO at Parlin and check my dog chart being it removed. The doctor wouldn't see him and didn't want to put her license on the line even though it was an error. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THEIR $ AND REPUTATION. ALSO, THEY SPOKE TO MY HUSBAND LIKE HE WAS INCOMPETENT.

Took someone who was late in front of people who were there on time, making them now 25 minutes behind their schedule. Vet started screaming at the customer in front of me. Next, I overheard the vet saying how she "hates people!". Now it's my turn and I'm told I have to redo his Bordatella shots because no one ever instructed me that the second shot had to be done within a certain time frame. Completely unacceptable. If you love your fur babies, DON'T bring your pet to Vetco - pay a little more and find a good vet!!!
