I used the Vetco program to get my puppy’s shots at this location and, because of an accident, I arrived literally 5 minutes late. I couldn’t call while driving. Then the front desk guy — who clearly had no idea what he was doing — took forever to “help” me, making it closer to 10 minutes. After all that, the doctor decided to be completely unreasonable and downright nasty, refusing to give my dog her shots even though I had already paid for the service. There was nobody waiting, nothing going on, and she still chose to argue with me rather than just do her job. She couldn’t even be bothered to get up from her chair. When I asked her to reschedule, she told me to do it online at another Petco because they “wouldn’t be helping me anymore.” Mind you — this is after I paid for an expensive package of services that I did not receive. I’m disgusted with how I was treated. I shop at Petco all the time, and this experience was enough to make me never want to come back. I’ll be contacting management and I absolutely want a refund for the service they flat-out refused to provide. Truly disappointing and completely unprofessional.

The employee | dealt with, Natalie, was - in my personal experience - extremely rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional from the moment I asked for help. When I asked to speak to an upper manager, she claimed there was absolutely no one above her and acted as if she had full power to do whatever she wanted. The moment I said I would leave a Google review and complain about the way I felt treated, she completely flipped out. Instead of trying to fix the situation or offer even basic customer service, she suddenly told me to leave the store immediately. I would never ever go to this store. Please take care of the store Coustomer service it’s very bad.
