By the time I got to Petco for my dog's rabies vaccination shot I was one minute late to my appointment and they said they had to reschedule bc I wasn't 10 mins early. I explained I would have been had I not gotten the stores confused and went to the wrong one. Guy did not seem to care and I waited over a week for this appointment and I left work early to make this appointment. The automated text says please arrive 10 minutes early. It definitely does not say what will happen if your pet gets car sick on the way or you're a goof like me and go to the wrong chain store a mile down the road on the same highway. Luckily for me I have tons of equivalent options besides this chain. Perhaps they feel they have an endless supply of customers.

Turns out they lay eggs that hatch weeks later. Now I have to throw away a huge container of food and spent money on a vet due to the dry food being contaminated. This is terrible and they should fumigate where they store pets food. If it has bugs it should not be on the shelf. Terrible because I have bought from Petco for years and this is the first time I purchase in this location and this occurs.
