From Tina in the front who greets my pups by name every time, to the doc who took the time to explain every detail and answer all of my questions, this team never disappoints. Also, the surgical techs are amazing, Liana made sure my pups felt right at home and even came out to give me a report card on their behavior. They were cautious with my baby girl who always is questionable with sedation and they were confident enough in their abilities to still service her - and they did an amazing job! Customer forever!
- DSDee SimoneOct 21, 20255.0Stacy, Dr, Singleton ,and Dakota were my team of angels yesterday. I showed up with my 8lb 13 year old distressed yorkie Rocky. In all hearts of hearts I knew Rocky’s health was starting to decline I was not ready to let him go. The team walked me through all my options with compassion and empathy. I ultimately decided to put Rocky down. The process was peaceful and bittersweet. Rocky is no longer suffering and my tears won’t stop falling, but it s comforting to me knowing I had a team that cared and that helped me get through this difficult decision. 10/21/25

My pet went in for a regular exam and they mixed her up with another animal and prepped her for surgery!!!! They gave her medicine to put her to sleep according to the other pets weight.(I have a very small pet) Then the vet herself told me "well we didn't even have to tell you." They never documented it and I still don't know the exact amount they gave my pet!!! It was a BIG PROBLEM after all that they still sent my pet home in the other pets leash and harness. I ended up contacting the other pets owners to find out the size of their pet so I can attempt so ballpark how much they gave my pet!!! So disappointing and absolutely HORRIBLE. In addition they didn't want to cancel my wellness plan after this. I had been going here for roughly a decade prior to this incident AVOID AT ALL COSTS

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
