- LBLisa BicocchiNov 15, 20251.0FIRST ASK FOR A COPY OF THE BOARDING CONTRACT WHEN YOU DROP YOUR PET OFF. Once something went wrong, they would not give it to us. Next.... I recommend anyone using this facility for boarding to read the one star reviews. They are all consistent complaining about the dogs being returned covered in feces and having been injured for lack of attention. Our dog suffered irreversible damage to her teeth because of lack of attention to her in the cage. She was also covered in feces when she was picked up. Choose another place. Play it safe. You don't want your pet to have the same bad experience as these one star people did.
