  An OK experience, but some notable concerns. We got our cat a luxury suite for our spring break trip and given the Easter holiday it came to a 9-day stay. While expensive, we consider our kitty as our family, and spared no expense with daily activities, etc. That said, we asked if they would put his favorite scratch pad and blanket in his suite, along with some toys. The cardboard scratch pad was brand new, and when it was returned to me after his stay, it was never used (no evidence of any scratching, which is highly unlikely for a clawed cat over 9 days in a stressful situation), clearly indicates they never put it in his suite. Further, as part of his feeding instructions we left him a fresh box of Churu cat treats to be given as part of his middle meal. That box was also returned to me unopened. Both instances, makes next to certain they never put his favorite blanket in his suite either (let alone any of his toys). During drop off, they did not let me see him into his suite and see the setup, despite me requesting to do so. Not to mention since no photos are provided for any of his activities, given the above, I question whether they actually fulfil his activities vs just being charge for them. Feedback to management: please assign a single care rep for each animal for extended stays who is accountable for his care, and provide photos of the suite and the extra activities. I paid over $1K for the stay and activities, which should easily compensate for a few photos that would go along-way in building trust and ensuring services are actually being fulfilled.

  Too much personal information requested before answering simple questions. It felt intrusive and unnecessarily difficult, which made the whole process seem untrustworthy.

  Morris Animal Inn is a caring, responsible, and communicative home away from home for your pet. I recently was in a pinch with someone else's dog and they boarded him for me and he had a great time. It's professionally run in all ways so you can feel that your pet is in a safe place with people who want to make them happy.

  I highly recommend Morris Animal Inn. Everyone there is awesome and they made me feel very comfortable about leaving my newly rescued dog for boarding. I didn’t worry about him at all. Their level of care is top notch. I can’t say enough good things about them!!

  My dog Jay loves it here. The staff are so warm and welcoming. I can tell they really care about each dog. I do love they work on training during daycare and I can see it in his behavior. Sometimes he doesn’t want to leave because he loves the staff so much. I would definitely recommend them for both boarding and daycare
