I do love they work on training during daycare and I can see it in his behavior. Sometimes he doesn’t want to leave because he loves the staff so much. I would definitely recommend them for both boarding and daycare

They don’t feel comfortable administering meds even though they have a policy where they charge $8 each time meds are administered. And of course they check with the vet who always errs on the side of caution and says the pet needs meds everyday or else it could be detrimental. MAI doesn’t want to be responsible despite them saying they do a wellness check daily and have a vet on call 24/7. It’s giving mixed messages. So they only want super healthy pets who are low maintenance. None of my local vets board and they recommended MAI to me, who recommended boarding at the vet. A big waste of time.

My 3 year old Westie has been going for a once weekly training and daycare as soon as she was old enough. She has become an attentive, happy,, playful, well mannered pup. We also board her when we travel, sometimes for a couple weeks at a time. Every instance of irregularity is brought to my attention immediately and dealt with professionally.. and when all is well I know she’s having fun and being treated with great care. She is also beautifully groomed before we return. I am truly impressed by their professionalism and warmth. There is a unique family atmosphere at MIA, and I highly recommend the facility. - Frederica
