  Needed to purchase prescription cat food. Petco website says they carry it. Drove to the Marlboro store to find one option, the cashier said they must be out of it. Then called Freehold Petco and they had the same very limited selection and were also out of the other choices. Total waste of time. If you need this type of food, Pet Smart in East Brunswick is very well stocked.

  If you need a groomer, I highly recommend David. My rescue fur baby, Gracie was a client of his when he was at the Edison location before they closed. Gracie had been severely neglected and possibly abused when I adopted her from the shelter in May. She became very attached to me and had major separation anxiety. I tried a private groomer who worked out of her home and that did not work. I tried grooming her myself but that was a totally flop. I took a chance at Petco after frequently shopping there and could not be happier with David. From our very first visit, he was so kind, patient and understanding with Gracie. Gracie loves him and he does a fabulous job! I can see him smiling and whispering in her ear while he is grooming her. It warms my heart. He is so upbeat and you can tell he truly loves what he does. I still live in Edison but will travel to Marlboro for David.

  My dog had an appointment today and unfortunately I arrived a few minutes late. I understand your policy but you should fix your client attention. I arrived 15 minutes late to bathe my dog and they did not want to do so, with 3 people there doing nothing and without any client being helped. I will take my business elsewhere.
