The receipt shows 41 cents per item, but the rewards dollars used were more. Rebecca kept highlighting the receipt 41 cents on the individual items. She could not understand that $60 in product which had a balance of $21 leaves $39 Paid by Vital cares 10% deduction AND $20 in rewards dollars. She wanted to give me $12 back for a return of seven $5 items. Why be a Vital care member? I edited this review because I had great help from Asst Mgr Annie in the past. She assisted in getting a prescription in the Petco System. I increased the rating up from 1 to 2 because of Annie. This isn't the first time I had a negative experience with Rebecca. I had been in earlier this week to get the presciption dog food. There was none in the store. Rebecca told me that Petco only "Gets what they send." I wanted to order a 4 months supply and pick it up at the store. Her response was we can't make a special order. My complaint is both with Petco and Rebecca. I am buying $5 a can dog food. Maybe a little help along the way?
