  My first team here and I’d like to say everyone was amazing. The nurse Becky was awesome, the doctor as well. From the moment I checked in I knew I made the right decision by bringing my dog here. This is now our new home when my little pup isn’t feeling well

  I usually use the Jersey City location and Dr. Avery Shannon but due to construction, my senior dog was unable to have dental surgery and cleaning there so we came to the Montclair location instead. Something about this site was far less warm and inviting among the staff and the way they explained things left me feeling very confused. I dropped $2500 on my dog’s dental and recovering from surgery and anesthesia is not easy on my 12 year old dog. I left being told that I would need to schedule another dental basically as soon as my dog heals from this one to finish work as if I have the budget to do so after dropping funds on this one and as if my dog needs to have to go through this again so soon. I was also told that I didn’t need to schedule a post op follow up like I’ve usually done in the past which feels very strange. Lastly, they do surgical intakes and discharge in the lobby in front of other clients and not in the exam rooms like they do in JC which I find very off putting and hard to be able to have the time and privacy to address questions and concerns. I also feel like if I’m paying that much the least I can get back is time spent on me and my dog in a room and not in passing in the lobby. Both vet and nurse even bother to sit down to talk to me at eye level, both standing and talking down to me. Just very weird and uncomfortable experience at this location but will continue to use my usually JC one.

  Exceptional clean office having a staff so friendly to my dog and I. Dr. Sposato is one of the best veterinarian's I have met. Extremely smart and caring for animals. He goes well above and beyond to explain everything in details about any questions you have. Very patient and never rushes the visit but rather takes the time to hear about all the concerns I have. If I could rare above 5 star rating I would!! Luna and I thank you so much for all your time and advice ❤️

  Staff was so compassionate. They explain everything about treatments very thorough. They are not pushy. I would recommend this place to everyone. I have to thank everyone there for taking care of willow and being kind to me .i was a nervous wreck

  I recommended this veterinarian to my lady friend her cat pookie had some matted fur that was embedded into his skin she made an appointment we went there today the staff was wonderful they took very good care of pookie I recommend this place to anyone with a pet
