  I was just getting some stuff for my cat's birthday today and Thomas was the sales clerk at the front and was very knowledgeable and friendly and even helped sign me up for the rewards program! I love this store!

  I have been to about 7 Petco's in new jersey and this one is top 4 best out of the 7. The store is clean and the staff is very nice and provide good customer service. Overall all sections of the store look good and they have a lot of items. I noticed every Petco has different selections and not all carry the same things. I would give it a 5/5 However recently I noticed the FISH SECTION has gone downhill and looks like they are not getting the help they need for their systems. The saltwater section are only damsels and clownfish because they are hardy enough to survive, no snails or any new fish bi-weekly as it usually is at all Petco's - Live plants are barely in-stock, freshwater fish tanks are not working properly either - I used to always get fish here, now I barely go inside, I hope the Fish tank systems get fixed soon

  always have a great experience at Petco in Middletown. The staff is consistently friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring toward both customers and animals. The store is always clean, well organized, and fully stocked with everything you need for your pets. One of the best additions recently is the new KCHA Adoption Center inside the store. It is wonderful to see Petco supporting local animal rescue efforts and helping dogs and cats find loving homes. Seeing adoptable pets right in the store is such a positive experience and it truly helps save lives. Parking is easy and convenient, which makes quick trips in and out very simple. Overall this Petco location is a fantastic resource for pet owners in Middletown and the surrounding Monmouth County community. Highly recommend visiting, especially if you are thinking about adopting a dog or cat. 🐾
