  Worst place to take your pet. My wife took my 2 year old frenchie with breathing issues. The Doctor on site that day completely by passed what he was brought in for. They were going to discharge us after 2 hrs of sitting there to be seen for GI issues. They discharge him 6 hrs later and he passes less then 24 hrs. He was never properly diagnosed. They made it seem like he will be ok after we give him the antibiotics. They made me increase my pet plan insurance to $120 a month witch im responsible for now even though my dog has passed away. This needed to be done in order to cover xrays for him under this senior plan. My kids and myself witnessed a horrible passing of my pup. If I had any idea that his illness was far worse, I would have taken him straight to the ER and got him the attention he needed. Me and my wife went there the next day to talk to management and they refused to talk to us in person. They said they will call you. To all pet owners please be cautious and read the fine print on everything. I wish this no one. Is a hard lesson learned.

  THE BEST WAY TO GET YOUR ANIMALS THE BEST LOVING ❤️, CARING AND GENUINE GROUP OF PEOPLE THAT GO ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR THE BEST EVER CARE AND HEALTHY ANIMALS..! MY 20 YEARS OLD SENIOR DOG ROSCOE GOT TREATED WITH PATIENCE, GREAT VETERINARY CARE WHO REALLY CARES…!!! I CRIED I DID BECAUSE OF THE GREAT PEOPLE STILL EXIST IN THE UNIVERSE..!!! RUFF RUFF..🐶

  Do not take your pet here. The wait time is insane as to how long they take to treat your dog. This is inhumane behavior to have an appointment for your dog at 8am and 2pm still hasn’t been able to be picked up. Us pet owners do NOT have a whole entire free day to be able to pick up at their own convenience always claiming to be under-staffed this is just actually a regular occurrence. They just want to take in as many pets as they want to make more money. Unacceptable. Will never return and do not bother with the automated response of reach out to Banfiel service etc. Just DO BETTER

  Worst place ever. I brought my dog in on a Sunday because of diarrhea. Was offered about $800 of services before seeing an actual vet We have a. Cane corso who to be fair can growl but not bite. We wait about an hour in a room the size of a closet me my wife and my dog My and my dog weigh about 400lbs combined. He’s not happy no one is. Vet walks in. My dog growls then sits and looks at vet. Vet tells me that’s not normal. Nothing else he can do. Even though a muzzle was requested by us. And never offered by them. Save your time and money. This place sucks

  Not worth it From the start just applying for the service, dog in the other room screaming at the top of my their lungs, my dog came back to me different like he been Traumatized, my dog has gotten worst from whatever medication given and doctors don't even sound sure of themselves
