  I just went to the vet today to pick up meds for my dog who all of a sudden is not well. The front desk girl that is working today needs to get replaced asap! My first time here the front desk person was so kind and listened to all my concerns over the phone when booking my initial appointment. Which ultimately made me choose to take my dog here. When I went today to pick up meds for my dog who is lethargic and I asked to speak with the vet for 5 MINUTES because the symptoms my dog is exhibiting is withdrawal and the dosage might need to be altered. Which from what I have researched can be a medical emergency. Without even trying or considering my inquiry, she flat out said no the vet cannot speak to you she is with a patient now. I said I can wait. I have no problem sitting her and waiting for an opportunity to speak. She was like sorry no weekends are so busy. Mind you there is no one in the waiting room but me. I said the vet can’t give me 5 minutes to speak of an emergency situation that includes administration of a drug that I am purchasing from your clinic? She said no and I can leave a note for her to call you but I doubt she will call you back today. We are very busy. I’m sorry but I pay for treatment at your clinic and my dog is showing severe signs of a medical emergency and my 1 question cannot be answered? I was willing to wait until she can come speak to me in between patients. She was almost smirking as she talked to me as if she felt good to refuse to help me. It was baffling and this is supposed to be a place to seek treatment and help? Will definitely be switching vets after today. To not even acknowledge my issue or show any consideration and found it humorous is crazy.

  Had a wonderful experience from booking to visit. Love they have online booking. Also Sunday appointments. Dr. Bortz was so kind and lovely to talk to. We will definitely make this vet our regular home.

  I was very impressed with Dr. Kay. She addressed the problem, gave me her diagnosis and the best way to treat Max’s ear issue. I will certainly recommend Dr. K to any animal Owner that I know

  In the 16 years I’ve had my dog I’ve been to many vets. This is by far the best experience I’ve had and it comes at a time that is most needed. I’ve had other good vets, but this staff has a level of kindness and care that goes beyond your pet and into you as a pet owner. I trust them with my dog’s wellbeing as I try to make very difficult decisions. The wait time was minimal. Making the appointment was easy. It’s clean, cozy, organized. Thank you Dr K and everyone. I’ll be seeing you when the time is right.
