Every staff member was incredibly kind and welcoming—to my dog, my toddler, and myself. They took the time to explain everything clearly, walked me through what was needed, and were very accommodating to my circumstances. Highly recommend!! Let me just add that the office is so very modern and cute - looked better than any doctors office I’ve been too lol.

From the receptionist to the nurse and Dr. Erin Bortz, everyone was amazing. They were kind, professional, and incredibly informative, and most importantly treated my cat Lady with so much love—even while she was hissing away her frustration at being there 😅. I’ll definitely be making Bond Vet our primary vet for Lady and her two siblings.

From the warm, calming atmosphere to the prompt, attentive service, everything about this place was exceptional. Sadly, we had to make the devastating decision to put our dog to sleep, and we were absolutely gutted. The doctor—an incredibly kind and compassionate woman with blue hair (i admittedly forgot her name) —walked us through every step of the process with patience and empathy, reassured us that we were making the right decision, and even hugged us as we left. The receptionist showed the same genuine care and kindness and hugged us as well. In one of the hardest moments of our lives, the entire staff made us feel supported and cared for. This place is exceptional in every way. I truly wish I could give them more than five stars.

The team were very accommodating to my vet-and-people-hating cat, and even called me just beforehand to get the full story before bringing him in. Dr. Jimenez wasn't able to examine my cat (too spicy!), but nonetheless gave us her professional assessment and set us up with a safe eye ointment to try immediately. Little did we know it would turn out to be the exact right place to start treatment for what our GP Vet later diagnosed as a feline herpes flare up. We're very grateful to the team for their care and I definitely recommend Bond Vet for urgent—but not emergent!—pet care.
