  Very satisfied from the time I spoke with the receptionist to the medical Vet staff.All were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Dr. Erin is excellent.

  I love the staff and Dr. Kay. Made me feel relaxed. More importantly made my Gizmo feel relaxed. Explained present and future treatment. Wish I had Doctors like that.

  Dr. Bortz is truly amazing!! So kind, patient, and never makes us feel rushed. She takes the time to come into the room, answer all our questions, and make sure we feel informed and comfortable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. After experiences at other vets that felt rushed and impersonal, this has been a complete difference. Dr. Bortz builds a real connection with us and our dog Blue, which we really appreciate🩷. The staff is also wonderful—friendly, organized, and great with communication. The assistants/techs are hands-on, confident, and sweet. The office is clean, modern, and very welcoming. Our nervous/vocal boy is always treated with patience, care, and understanding🥹. Additionally, as pricing is very important, you are informed about every part of the billing process so, no surprises, and everything is very reasonably priced. We truly trust Dr. Bortz and her team and feel so lucky to have found them 😇

  I recently went to VEG ER in Paramus. I want to thank the staff and doctor for their emergency support services that saved my dog’s life after she was choking on a chicken bone. They performed life saving procedures. Additionally, they charged a fair price and explained what items were needed and what could be eliminated, which helped reduce their price estimate to a lower amount. Thanks so much again!!!

  I can't express enough how grateful I am for the incredible care Hudson receives from Dr. Erin Bortz. Hudson is a super nervous dog, and it's not always easy for him to handle vet visits. However, Dr Erin's kindness, patience, and genuine compassion make all the difference. From the moment we walk in, she creates a calming environment that helps soothe Hudson's anxiety. She takes the time to understand his needs and always ensures he's comfortable during examinations. Her gentle approach and attentive care have transformed his vet visits from a stressful experience into a much more positive one. I highly recommend Dr. Bortz to anyone looking for a vet who truly cares about their furry friends.
