He was especially dirty and matted following weeks of snow and slush. I was actually embarrassed to bring him in. But now, he looks (and smells!) like a show dog.

Kathy especially went above and beyond , taking such great care of our dog , it was stressful being away but Kathy and the team put our minds at ease. We get a paper stating how they were during their stay including how they ate, who they liked best and their fav activities. We upgraded to the silver package so the pups get extra special treats and things. Plus, we always end it with a grooming or a bath so they come home looking super cute and better then when we dropped them off! My dogs literally get excited when we pull into the parking lot, thats how much they love it there. I love that they are in good hands and having the time of their life while we are away. Wouldn't choose any other place to take care of my pups!
