And we all love sal how he bends over backwards for our pets to feel so at ease. but due to their new receptionist who has a very short temper and is being trained more than 3 months. every time I dealt with her she would snap at me. One bill alone was over $900 and I didn't even get a thank you. My God God forbid I asked for my bill she would snap at me and tell me I don't know how to send it. Thank God for Caitlin who always cleaned up her messes. (Every time I would leave here how this receptionist started working here I would leave in tears) For the rest of the team I appreciate and thank you for all you did but we are not coming back. I really can't have my son upset every time we leave here saying that woman's always yelling at us.

She refused my dog treatment after a mistake she made for not properly informing us risks of a medication when I confronted her. She made it a hassle for me to have to change vets. She had no sympathy or care whatsoever for my elderly sick dog. However, the manager, Mike, and staff (receptionists & technicians) are very kind & I recommend them. Update 1/12/26: Petco Corporate Customer Care never got back to me despite reaching out a few times in regards to the case number they created.
