I have had other groomers prior to Tonya and hands down she is the best!! She is kind, patient and caring towards my pets. Now with my second dog Lexi she is the only groomer I will use and trust. The only issue is when I call Petco for the grooming department no one ever answers the phone. They are understaffed in that area. There should be someone to answer the phone to make appointments besides on line. As busy as Tonya is she always greets Lexi and I with a smile and positive attitude. 😊
