    0 stars for Echo from Grooming I had a 0915 appointment for my dog today. Got there on time to check in and I was met with Echo. She confirmed the services I booked + a nail trimming add-on and told me she was going to add a de-shedding service. I asked her to check if we have ever received it before because we used to groom our dog there when we lived more locally and she said no, but she sees she has some hair that needs to be removed. She told me it was an additional $40 and I said “no thank you.” She responded by saying she’s not going to provide the service at all. I asked if she could just clip our dog’s nails since I pre-booked that as an add on service and she said I’d have to come back around 1 since that’s the next time she’s free. I asked if she was prepared to spend 1.5 hours giving our dog a bath and clipping her nails and that time slot is now freed, it doesn’t make sense that she’s too busy to just clip her nails. She shrugged and said it’s a walk in service so they do it based on availability and nobody is available so if I can’t come back in 4 hours, I can come back another day. I don’t think she understood her own logic, because when I asked for her to explain, she shrugged. I have a toddler and a seven month old which I dropped off at daycare specifically so I could get my dog groomed and I understand that this is my “problem,” not anyone else’s and I understand wanting to stand behind your decisions, but there was no reason to refuse services. No point was made. My dog is very well cared for. She’s clean, her fur is not matted, we brush her often - she sheds a lot in the winter, even more so when she’s scared (she hates getting a bath and knows immediately when we go to Petco that that’s why she’s there). I asked to speak with the manager. When Echo was briefing the manager on why I wanted to speak with her, she conveniently left out the part where I agreed to skip the bath since she didn’t want to do it (ridiculous, but fine) and just wanted a nail trim and was refused that too. The manager agreed with me 100% of the way. While we were speaking, Echo poked her head through the door and asked to speak with her but was told she had to wait. The issue was resolved by the manager in a minute, but I still think it’s absolutely insane and makes no sense. Attaching a picture of my pretty girl 🐶

    Reviewing mostly the fish here, as it's the only pet we own, but could be helpful to people. Better selection of fish stuff than most big box stores and open way later than your LFS. Employees don't seem to like dealing with aquatic customers for the most part, presumably because of the high rate of uneducated fishkeepers with questions and returns. If you're polite and ask to be helped anyone in the back of the store can get you fish. I've bought molly, Corydora of multiple variety, cherry shrimp, guppies, and Betta from this location specifically. I have had very very few issues with animals from this store, less than when I get them ordered in online from reputable dealers. If they have what you need, it's worth checking out because the savings on shipping and great return policy is back up by quality product and that's worth something. My cherry shrimp have exploded in the hundreds in population, we have baby Molly fish, and the tanks are happy. One star off because it would be nice to have a dedicated employee in every pet section of the store, but that's pretty difficult logistically especially these days. If you have pet needs late at night check it out.

    Customer Service is very good usually have everything I’m looking for for my pets which now we have an extra pet. We have a little boy cat and my two girls and they’re finally getting along so I’m very happy to do business with Petco. They helped a lot thank you Petco.

    There was a 6 dollar online difference in price for an item that I could buy online and pick up in store. They did give me the online price when I went to the store but had I not looked ahead I would have paid more for the same item.
