I didn’t have a great experience with the Vet (Not Dr Jones or Dr Chen, those doctors seem to be awesome!); she was a bit condescending and had a bit of a God complex when it came to answering Qs directed at her recommendations. I think it’s important for a Vet to listen to your concerns and allow you to advocate for your pet, not force their opinions on you.

I truly appreciate how thorough and caring the staff is; each and every one is compassionate, and goes above and beyond. I highly recommend this vet AND this particular location!

My cat hasn’t been feeling great and we came here to be seen, in just a few short minutes we were able to figure out what needs to be done for him and come up with a plan. Although he was very anxious they handled him with care and great concern. Thank you to the doctors who went above and beyond to help me get some answers for him 🙏🏽🙏🏽
- PGPeter GliattoDec 14, 20255.0Bond Vet accommodated us for an emergency on a Saturday afternoon. Our dog is very nervous at the vet's and the staff were really understanding and patient with him. The staff were friendly and attentive and explained clearly how the office and visit worked. The doctor thoroughly explained what she thought was going on with our dog and gave us very reasonable treatment options. The facility was really clean. We barely had to wait for anything and were in and out way faster than I anticipated, though when I went online they do explain that they will triage the pet and cannot guarantee the pet will be seen same day. They are so good that we will likely switch our routine care to this office. Also, I am a medical professional and I know how offices work, and I understand how hard it is to pull off the kind of service that Bond delivered.
