  The absolute best experience we ever had! As soon as you walk in it feels welcoming and peaceful. The whole staff is amazing! The receptionist was welcoming, very polite and helpful. The vet techs and doctor were also helpful and friendly as well as very informative. They explain everything clearly and really listen to any questions you may have. The office was clean and roomy so you don't feel as though everyone is on top of one another. From beginning to end we give it 5 stars for sure! Thanks so much for a great and way less stressful experience!

  I had amazing experience at the Hoboken location but the JC location was pretty awful. They did not honor my appointment time and asked me to wait for an hour. My scheduled doctor was too busy to help me. And staff were very rude to me as well… I understand they are busy but they could treat me with more respect and communicate better.

  Everyone at Bond Vet was incredibly understanding, compassionate, and professional. They took the time to consider my financial situation and helped me clearly understand what was happening with my cat, Kasumi. When they realized the seriousness of her condition, they immediately scheduled her for emergency surgery the very same day to perform an urgent spay. The way the team organized my visit, prioritized the situation, and acted quickly to save Kasumi’s life meant more to me than I can put into words. Their kindness, efficiency, and dedication truly made a difficult moment much easier to get through. I will be forever grateful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart—you saved Kasumi and a big part of me today. My deepest appreciation goes out to the entire Bond Vet team.

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about this Veterinarian, Dr. Lauren Buchalter at this location. The entire team there is also great. She consistently goes above and beyond for her patients and their owners, No matter the time, even after hours. She responds without fail and truly cares. Her dedication, compassion, and professionalism are rare to find. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing my pet is in her hands. If you're looking for a vet who genuinely cares and is always there when you need her, look no further. Highly recommend!
