I left a message over a month in advance to cancel my reservation and only mine. They cancelled both of our reservations without ever confirming and are now booked leaving my dad with no options or ability to rectify the situation. The customer service has been very bad the entire time and now has put my dad’s vacation in jeopardy. Consider using one of the pet sitter apps. Way better.

This is the one place where she doesn't mind being separated from us! Excellent grooming services and they’ve even guided us in our pet parenting journey based on their years of experience and expertise with dogs. Can't recommend Markenhaus Manor enough.

And I can tell by the way they've always interacted with him, that this isn't just their job, it's their calling and love. T enjoys going to his doggie spa when we go away for a weekend, where he gets lots of attention and exercise and even time to just smell the giant fenced in yard. Dogs aren't good at hiding their feelings, and when we pull in, he starts his happy dance. It makes me feel good and safe that my doggie dog is taken care of so well while we are away.
