    I was accommodated immediately for an appointment I made last minute and seen right away. They followed up w all my providers before I arrived w little time to do so. The office was inviting, nice, clean and all the staff were friendly and there was zero wait time. Dr. Kwon was so professional, transparent and empathetic. She had to have a very difficult conversation about my cats health w me and my husband and had just met me and did it w so much compassion and made me, my husband and cat feel so comfortable and cared for. She didn’t make my cat do any unnecessary procedures or up charge us for anything and was just honest and let us know what the next steps would look like and where we would have to go for further assessment (we already had an appt scheduled at Blue Pearl-which she agreed was the best option for CT scan etc). They just charged us for eye drops knowing there wasn’t much they could do which was very kind of them and they did not have to do. It was a very loving experience in a world that feels so predatory at times and I am thankful to Dr. Kwon and her team for how we were treated on a very difficult day ❤️

    Happy days. Gd m..I am super excited to say that Hobokens bond vet is the best of the best....The staff is super nice patient and helpful....Im so greatful and a appreciative for everything....and how they took care of my little lady Sugar...Dr.Nagie and her surgical team (Rachelle & Danielle) are the best...They took such great care in saving Sugar.....They saved my Sugar...They are so caring ,patient ,and honorable and comforting for all ..The family and furry friends...The entire staff is excellent...IF YOU are looking for a safe haven to take your animals..This is the safehaven...They get the job done...Thankyou again for saving Sugar.

    I love Bond vet in Hoboken the surgical team is amazing , the receptionist is amazing and the financial team is amazing, the whole damn building is just amazing and yes surgery can be expensive but they work with you with many affordable options they dont want to turn you away by the love and compassion they show for your dog i HIGHLY recommend them and sugar is doing fine getting better everyday

    I always have a great experience at Bond vet, their pricing is transparent, their staff is all lovely, and their facilities and ease of booking is top notch. Though, I would reduce 1/2 of a star because they do not file insurance claims for customers. All of my previous vets offices would file the claims for us after each visit, which made everything so much easier. I really wish Bond Vet would start doing so, at least for the most popular insurance companies (e.g. healthy paws)

    Moved from LA and so happy to find a new wonderful vet clinic. The space is clean and inviting and the staff are incredibly warm, friendly and knowledgeable. My dog is on the nervous side but she had a very good experience and loved the treats and all the staff members she met. Like all vets in this area, it is expensive (only reason for a 4 out of 5 stars), but they had some great promotional deals going on. My dog says “I love Bond Vet Hoboken-let’s go again!”
