When I called Mason the MOD he had no solutions and no reason why his people are so irresponsible that they wouldnt check their clearly open, used and returned items. Absolutely insane how little he cared. Garbage location. Id happily update this if they try to be responsible but so far nope. Edit: I have called the store and your corporate number. Corporate was just a call center in India, hard to understand and standard call center rhetoric.

They look and feel amazing and the amount of loose fur was unreal. Heather and Melissa were so kind and gentle with them, which means a lot to me. We’ll definitely be back!
