She was standing right at the door slacking and when I asked her for something instead of giving a short answer which would have taken a mere second she said "she is in the middle of training a dog" thats almost 8 words where as "you can ask a person over there" is 7 words and doesn't sound rude at all. Maybe I'm trying to reqct from a wounded pride and my rational mind trying to win a courtroom argument over tone or maybe I just wanted to be seen. I could have seen through it and leit go but you see I'm hear writing a review to get myself distracted.

I took my small dog in for a regular bath and haircut—a service that is supposed to include anal gland expression and nail trimming—but when I arrived to pick her up, they charged me an extra $20 for services I hadn't requested. Later, at the vet, I realized they hadn't even performed the anal gland expression. All in all, I ended up paying over $100 for a six-pound dog.
