From the moment we walked in, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about our pet’s comfort and well-being. Dr. Silver took the time to explain everything clearly and made thoughtful recommendations, and Nick & Giselle helped our baby feel calm and loved throughout the visit. The reception team (Erin & Rachel) was efficient and kind, making the whole process smooth from start to finish. We’re so grateful for this compassionate team — thank you all for taking such great care of our baby! ❤️🐾

- PRPeter RandellNov 17, 20254.0We took our cat for an annual checkup to Vetco Hackensack, our first experience with this Vet. Our appointment was for 3:30 on a Friday. We were called into the exam room at around 4:00pm and waited over 40 minutes until we were seen by the tech, who was very nice and approachable. After getting the necessary background information, the tech left and we waited for Dr. A to arrive, which was another 20 minutes. Dr. A is a very knowledgeable and professional Vet. We felt like we were in good hands with Dr. A. He even checked her teeth, and told us our cat was missing a couple of teeth, which no other vet told us about! We received very good care from the Vet and the techs, our only complaint was the wait. I know the staff does their best to service their customers, but it did seem a bit chaotic due to the amount of patients they had. Overall, we will be back due to the level of service we had received. We will book an earlier appointment on our next visit to Vetco.

I’m glad I was in and out but I wouldn’t trust her around my pet again do to her attitude.
