  Freya and I had such a great experience working with Arielle, a dog trainer at Petco! Arielle is incredibly fun, engaging, and truly knowledgeable. She has a natural way of connecting with both dogs and their owners, making each session enjoyable and easy to follow. Her explanations were clear, her energy kept the dogs motivated, and she always took the time to answer questions and offer helpful tips tailored to our dog’s needs. You can tell she genuinely cares about the dogs and loves what she does. Highly recommend Arielle to anyone looking for a positive, effective, and confidence-boosting training experience!

  I don't know where to begin. I've given this place so many chances and honestly it never gets any better. I don't need to do a better job with their management, not just on the store level, but I think on the corporate level since every store employee in every Petco, you go is disrespectful, especially with this one, all the staff. Seem tired and bothered that they're working not one of them are animal people. I come in there with my dog and they back away like they're disgusted from my 11 pound Jack, Russell, don't waste your time and go to Petco, especially this one, don't even give him a fifth chance, because they're all horrible go to petsmart they're cheaper. They're better they care about pets, and they're not ran by a bunch of snobs, like these people in this one in Hackensack, especially the guy that was working. Wedn.\nEsday , night six o'clock , we're in the hat , giving me a dirty look just because I was looking at a shirt for my dog

  Staff are friendly & the store is always neat. My one concern is the beta fish. (Firstly I don’t think Petco should sell them at all, it’s cruel. But that’s not the store’s fault.) Who treats and cares for the multiple beta fish in the store that are clearly suffering from swim bladder and not able to swim down from the top of their “cup homes”?

  We had our cat Uzzy Can neutered at this veterinary clinic and we are extremely satisfied with the entire experience. From the very beginning, the staff was very kind, professional, and attentive. Especially Arsen, who took care of us, was incredibly helpful, patient, and caring throughout the whole process. They explained everything clearly before the surgery, answered all of our questions, and made us feel very comfortable. Their care continued even after the operation — they called us the next day to check on Uzzy Can, which truly meant a lot to us and showed how much they genuinely care about their patients. It is obvious that this clinic truly loves animals and takes their responsibility seriously. We felt that Uzzy Can was in very safe hands. We sincerely thank the entire team, especially Arsen, and highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate veterinarian. 🐾💙
