  I’ve been bringing my animals to Raintree Veterinary hospital for almost 30 years. We saw Dr Dana and his staff which were wonderful, we actually boarded my dog there if we went on vacation and they were fabulous with her as she had some anxiety. After Dr Dana passed away, we still took our dog there and they were fine but definitely not as warm and comforting. Fast forward, a week ago, I had to put my beautiful baby of 14 years and two weeks old down due to an injury and other medical issues. Because she had so much anxiety and she had just undergone a traumatic injury at a veterinary hospital, we had a company come to the house for her final moments. It was a beautiful ending to her life and they took her to be cremated and asked if I wanted her shipped to my vet who is Raintree and I said yes. When I went today to pick her remains up, the girl behind the counter was expecting me as I called ahead to tell them that I was on my way, as I walked in, she got up from her seat, grabbed the bag with my dogs remains, handed it over, I said thank you and she said “K, bye”. I’ve been a customer for over 30 years, have had numerous pets, I have never received such a dismissive greeting, especially under these circumstances. Please train your front desk to be a bit more compassionate under certain circumstances. As an animal lover, we see our dogs/cats, etc like family. That was a 30 second interaction that left a very bad impression on me. Do better, Raintree.

  We just switched over after using the same vet for years. I have to say.. what an awesome group of people they have working there. They were able to get me in fast, especially being a first time patient. Everyone was welcoming, polite, and knowledgeable. I think we might have finally found a solution to my dogs allergies, which we’ve been struggling with for years now. Raintree gave me hope that my girl was going to be okay. I can’t thank them enough for all they have done so far, and continue to do💕 🐾

  Dr Dana always assures me my Esa is In good health 4 years now . Routine checkups emergencies and like today a itch , that he wouldn't stop scratching. Clean as a whistle . Dr Dana Gave a Dex/Depo which immediately when home he started running around again. Instead of every two seconds scratching. Back to Hills Science Diet. Thanks Doctor Dana and Jessica and front desk staff for getting me this emergency apt. Just like myself with my Dr's , I don't want any one else touching him but the caring staff at Raintree 🦋💜😊
