He basically added more test than i needed even though I told him very clearly that I want the exact same set of tests as last year. He was clearly under mandate to maximise billing. I should have grilled him more and figured it out before it was too late.

I then had to reach out to my Vet's office and wait for them to email me the records to show the vet in order to get the rabies vaccine.
