  Not sure why Vetco would have an appointment option for 4:55pm when the miserable vet was standing with her lunch box telling me she wasn’t staying a second past 5pm. I rushed there straight from work and checked in at 4:57pm. The vet was nasty and refused to give my dog her vaccination. The girls at the front desk were sweet, but not sure why anyone would give this woman a job that involves interacting with other humans. I’m not one to write bad reviews, but as someone that works in customer service, I could not believe this. Unfortunately will not be going back.

  Truly had a great experience. The employee were very helpful. The Cost was very good but in all honestly the veterinarian ( if that what she was) want the nicest soul. She didn't even introduce herself to me The girl that was doing the intake/registering her she didn't even introduce herself. But, the cost was affordable. I will be reading out to the office in North Jersey because that's where they are from. It truly wasn't a personal experience at all. I was very uncomfortable with the Vet. I will see if I can go to another Petco to finish her series because the EHT clinic wasn't friendly at all. I felt like it was about the business and not the pet. This was my experience just saying. The one in Vineland seemed to be way more personal and helpful but, they couldn't give me any info when I called. That's why I went to EHT they were able to get me in.

  The visit was fast, they are efficient and friendly. I have been getting my dogs their shots here for years, but probably won't be back,. I don't like that they now wisk your dog back into a room without you. There was very little communication, they took her away quickly and brought her back just as fast. They did give me a list of possible side effects. We're they kind to her? Probably, but again they don't give you the option of being in the room, so I don't know for sure. When I filled out the paperwork online I asked about a couple of additional vaccines my dog doesn't usually get because I may have to board her in the future. I don't think they look at the online forms, she didn't get those vaccines, she'll get them at her vet visit. After years of getting vaccines here, we will be going to the vet from now on. Disappointing is the best word for this visit.

  If I could give -5 stars I would. I have them 2 chances and they were INCREDIBLY rude both times, from the beginning. These people are arrogant, rude and condescending. I have dealt with vets my entire life and have NEVER dealt with a staff like this. I ask a question about the consent form they wanted me to sign without reading, and I get nothing but attitude. And some chick pops out from the back to tell me I’m being rude. I guess asking a question is rude. There are dozens of vets in this area. Don’t waste your time with these people.
