- AAAunnaOct 31, 20251.0If I could give -5 stars I would. I have them 2 chances and they were INCREDIBLY rude both times, from the beginning. These people are arrogant, rude and condescending. I have dealt with vets my entire life and have NEVER dealt with a staff like this. I ask a question about the consent form they wanted me to sign without reading, and I get nothing but attitude. And some chick pops out from the back to tell me I’m being rude. I guess asking a question is rude. There are dozens of vets in this area. Don’t waste your time with these people.

After waiting for the test to be completed, the vet came out and explained the results. The visit summary and the prescriptions arrived via email the same day. I would highly recommend this service for vaccinations.

There was no review or what services were going to be rendered and no estimate of my costs. I was just told what I was going to owe, but could not see anything with the cost broken down. I was also not made aware a head of time that I would not be allowed to go back with my cat. I was not happy that I could not accompany him to the back.
