Last grooming my female took 4 hours (she is 6 pounds) and she had a few toenails missed. She was traumatized and had never had an issue before. This time I took my male. Both are mini schnauzers. His face is crooked and it is a darker stripe that was cut short on one side and not the other. His poor little butt is very pink so I believe cut to short and close to his privates. It was an earned free clean to so I feel like I gave away my free one!
