I went back in and the manager said if they had price matched without me asking they "would never make money as a business" I got back $46...left a bad taste in my mouth I'll stick with Petsmart and Amazon

We had an appointment made in advance for Sunday morning at 9:00 am grooming appointment There store opens at 10:00 am on Sunday morning even though the appointment was set for 9am. The front doors where locked when I showed up. A young man saw me standing there with my dog, as he opened the front door and let himself in for work and never said anything. No note on the front door "please wait here for appointments at 9am on Sunday". No one ever told us wait at the front door for someone to let you in. We've been there before and really liked there service but this is so unprofessional. I'm going to leave a part of our family with you! I don't think so you lost my trust !!! We called and tried to ask why we where never told about there proceeders, it was like talking to a wall.
