When we returned on October 23rd just for her vaccines, the clinic repeated the exact same tests without informing me, without my written approval or signature, and without reviewing her medical history. To this day, I have never received any of the lab results — not from the first visit nor the second one. There’s no email contact for follow-up, and it’s very concerning to pay for tests that were repeated unnecessarily and possibly not even performed correctly. I expected transparency, communication, and professionalism, but unfortunately that was not my experience.
