She was so lazy and reluctant to offer any help except ringing up my purchase. She wouldn’t even give me the Middletown store phone number. You can look it up on your phone is not the right thing to tell a customer. My days of going to Petco are done, I guess having to do her job is too much for her

I took home the healthiest fish shown in the picture below which was a baby betta with severe stress stripes and her body was basically translucent from how cold she was. The rest of the fish were on the verge of dying with conditions like velvet, dropsy, swim bladder disease. The other two photos I’ve attached are her progress from being in warm, clean water. Don’t let any of these chain stores convince you that the conditions they put their fish in are ok.
