- CMCaroline MartyFeb 14, 20261.0If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I’m not sure if I’m more upset with them or myself for paying $150 for such poor service. My dog’s coat is completely uneven, and his paws had blood on them when I picked him up. To make matters worse, it looks like he was nicked near his eyebrow. I attempted to file a complaint but was told there was no manager available to speak with. I then tried using the chat and requested an email for corporate, but they refused to provide any contact information. The lack of accountability and concern is extremely disappointing. I truly wish I could post a video so others could clearly see the condition he was left in. Overall, this was a horrible experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone who cares about their pet’s safety and well-being

I really don’t think there should be a fee for the supplies for $5.99 and then another $10 fee for a shave and a cut. So instead of paying the price just for the groom. I wound up paying $89.00.
