- SNScott NorrisOct 25, 20221.0I brought my dog Gio in today to get his nails trimmed. There was no one at the grooming station and no one at checkout. The last couple of times I’ve been in I’ve had to walk around the store to find someone. Today I brought Gio in to get his nails trimmed. Coming out of the grooming area the girl closed the door on Gio. I’ve been bringing Gio in for three years. You’ve lost a customer. When I asked a girl is anyone in grooming she said wait a minute. The store has gone down hill the last few times been in.
