Ozzy has experienced their terrible service two times already, the first time the groomer had put a cut on his private area which led to an infection as they were dirty tools, I overlooked this incident as I believed it was a mistake. This time I even warned them about it and they still managed to cut his ear which led to bleeding and him being put on medications and a cone for 10-14 days. What makes things worse is they took him to the vet that day and instead of the groomer coming along to apologize, they sent the cashier who knew nothing. They are extremely heartless and inexperienced as their unable to keep their hands steady. If you don't want your dog getting injured as well, I urge you to look somewhere else. Will never be coming back to this terrible place.

She is very good at her job and was extremely helpful and informative in helping me select some tropical fish for my new 10 gallon aquarium. Definitely will be going to this location in the future for all of my aquarium needs.

I feed my cats Hills Science wet cat food pouch, 1-6 age, Tuna and Senior Tuna pouch. There wasn’t one single pouch. There were pouches I didn’t recognize and would never use, I was frustrated and purchased canned. This is not the first time I have gone into this store only to find the shelf empty for what I was looking for. Even purchasing online is frustrating, so I stopped buying from Petco.
