The employee, Isaac, did his best to make me feel comfortable, but to take the pet home, I needed all the accessories, which they didn't have in stock. I spoke to the supervisor, James, and I feel so embarrassed because The man completely ignored me twice. With all due respect, he is not fit to deal with customers or be polite. I don't know how they keep him in that company. I felt so bad because I kept asking him, and I even asked if he could sell me one of the accessories that was already in the cage, and he said no. My daughter was crying because she couldn't get her pet. What a disappointment with the Petco staff and the way that James treats the customers
