  My dogs love the treats and stuff from there… they are very nice and if you have issues they are kind to respond and refund

  I came to this location to purchase the earth rated dog wipes and approached Nick to help me out. He told me they were out of stock and I asked him if he can check the back and/or give me other options to purchase it, instead he asked Janice another member nearby to check the back. Janice came back saying there was none in the back and did not proceed to help me in any other way. It’s disappointing to see well known brands have employees who don’t provide good customer service. What happened to improving the lives of pet parents? I’ll be taking my money and business elsewhere. #dontshophere

  I took my mini poodle for the first time at the Petco for a shampoo, blow dry, Nail trim, Ear cleaning package. In 20 mins they called me that they were done. I was surprised because my mom’s dog’s who is also a mini poodle takes about an hour for the same package and both the dogs are extremely calm and quiet. I don’t know what they did but I came home to see a chewing gum attached to his fur. He was also quite itchy at first. Not sure where that came from. It felt as if the cleaning wasn’t done properly.

  I posted a review on March 28th and recently noticed that it was removed. The manager had actually responded to my review, and I intended to contact him about the situation, but I never got the chance because the review was taken down. I would like to understand why my review was removed. I had a very disappointing experience at Petco that I feel management needs to address immediately. During my visit, an employee (Vicky) spoke directly to my son in a rude and disrespectful manner. The tone and comment she made toward him were completely inappropriate, especially considering he is a child. No parent should have to watch their child be spoken to that way by a store employee. It was unnecessary, unprofessional, and honestly shocking to witness in a place that is supposed to be family-friendly. Customer service should include basic kindness and respect, particularly when interacting with children. This experience left a very negative impression on us, and I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the behavior so that no other family has to experience something like this.
