My cat did not feel comfortable with this tech and my cat kept growling at her. She tried to cut her nails and my cat flipped out, they need better techs there. And they charged me for a service they could not finish.

The staff is just wonderful, always accommodating, especially when I need paperwork sent over and they get back to me quickly, every time you can truly tell that everyone here generally cares about the animals, and their well-being, I am so grateful to have found this place that treats my dog like family highly recommend.
