My dog came out looking clean, fresh, and absolutely adorable 🐶✨ The haircut was perfect, nails were neatly trimmed, and he smelled amazing. I really appreciated how gentle and caring the staff was—they truly treat pets like family. The staff member who received him didn’t try to connect with him at all—she immediately put the collar on and just asked for instructions, showing no interest in making the dog feel comfortable. Earlier that morning, they were already calling me asking if I could bring him in earlier because they had cancellations, which felt rushed and unprofessional. After only 20 minutes, they called me to pick him up, claiming he tried to bite while being dried and that it wasn’t safe for their staff. This was extremely surprising. My dog is friendly, loves people, and has been groomed monthly for over three years without a single issue elsewhere. This experience showed a clear lack of proper handling skills and professionalism. Groomers are supposed to know how to manage dogs, not give up and blame the dog. Very disappointing. Would not recommend.
