  It was fine. The cashier was ok, other than looking like they had just rolled out of bed, but they were polite enough. Store was clean and quiet. Easy to find what I needed and quick checkout

  Love this Petco! I go out of my way to come here - the staff are always friendly and helpful/knowledgeable!

  This is the third time I have gone into the store to purchase special food for my dog's medical need. This is the third time the store didn't have it. Disappointed, as this is the only food I can get her to eat. I go into the store to purchase the smaller cans, because I don't want to spend $60 on repeat delivery especially if she decides she will no longer eat it. Don't want to be stuck with a case of food she won't eat. It's not economical for me. However, the staff is very polite and helpful.

  Waste of time and rude vet. I have been a customer for over 10 years, but I will NEVER come back to this location. I made an appointment for me pet's rabies shot. I get there early and the woman checking people in is very slow. I waited passed my appointment time. When it was finally my turn we get checked in and she is trying to sell me all these extra products that I was not interested in. Fine - I started telling her how we are here for the rabies shot, but I was interested in making an a full vet appointment because my husband thinks that our pet was drinking a lot of water. My kids or I haven't noticed that and we pay attention to him. So I inquired making an appointment as a "just in case". Well - every single employee at Vetco over reacted and refused to give him his rabies shot. Even though I told them that none of us in the house noticed anything out of the ordinary. The lady in front let me go to the back and speak to the vet. She wouldn't really let me speak and just kept telling me "NO" or "I refuse". She wouldnt even tell me why? She didn't really care what I had to say. The entire situtation was uncalled for really uncomfortable. I tried every which way and everything was just "NO". The way she was acting was not okay. The way I was treated was really ugly. And yes - when I left I called her a name- because she would not let me speak and just kept telling me "NO". I went shopping for a new harness for my pet after this and when I left the store I find out that she called the police on me? Luckily I was already pulling out of the parking spot when I saw them pull up in front of the store. UNBELIEVEABLE!! Petco/ Vetco lost a loyal customer. No more using their vets or the monthly food/ litter subscriptions for my animals. I AM DONE W PETCO !!! I hope you get explosive diarrhea lady. Edit- Somebody from Petco saw my review and called me - I could not talk when they called and honestly I was too interested in speaking to them in front of the people I was around.
