- JAJa AlNov 13, 20253.0The building was a little older than most Petcos. I went out of the way to go to this store only to find they only had one of the item I was looking for (barkworthies). I wanted to buy at least 3 but I had to settle for one bag. The store was a little messy with boxes and new products in the aisles that had not been put on shelves. I think the store was probably understaffed because they had so much that needed to get done but didn't likely have the manpower. I'll stick to the Petco in DC. Thanks.

Despite clearly explaining how I wanted their hair done, they left my girl with cuts all over her body, including her nipples, and razor bumps. Her skin is so irritated that I had to put her on antibiotics to help it heal. As for my boy, they shaved him completely, leaving him shivering and cold. He won’t let me touch his paws and cries when I try. I’ve had to give him pain medication too. To top it all off, they charged me a fortune for this disastrous job, giving us the worst experience ever. I am truly disappointed.

I go in to purchase quick snacks and there is always 1 person working the register all the time. 15 minutes to buy a small bag of snacks becuae this company doesn't want to pay their for extra help. To top it off they have the register worker getting all the bugs/crickets as well that takes foever as well. Hey Petco have a worker on the floor get the crickets or get a self check out kiosk for people with 5 items or less. The person at the register should just be reconcilimg purchases. Stop wasting people's time.
