- AMaria marieJul 13, 20251.0This place is not welcoming in the slightest. I took my dog here to get his vaccines. They gave him his shot and told us nothing afterwards. Is there any side effects? We wouldn’t know because we weren’t told. The doctors as well as the front desk (especially the receptionist male with the glasses) have the nastiest attitude and do not know how to do customer service. If you are new to having a dog I would not take them here. It’s an overwhelming, unorganized environment. It feels like you are just money to them, it feels extremely rushed. I understand that everyone has to be attended to, however if the doctors were to explain more of what is happening—that would be amazing, instead of just trying to get you in and out.
